Don’t Lie To Your Diary

Are you currently keeping a food diary? They can be a very useful tool, especially in the beginning of your fat loss education. However, as Mike Roussell author of Your Naked Nutrition Guide, discusses in a recent post, it is very important to be truthful with yourself. If you lie to your diary, you are harming your chances of reaching your fat loss goals.
