An Active Lifestyle and Fat Loss

Everybody knows that if you want to lose fat you should be more active and that includes incorporating lifestyle activities like walking to work or the shops and taking the stairs instead of the elevator, into your life. It is important to realise however, that as valuable as these lifestyle activities are, they are generally not going to yield big results in the fat loss stakes. In most cases they are going to be an adjunct to your training, unless of course you make your trip to work into a interval training or even a steady state cardio session.

You need to be active and train hard.
