Fat Loss Tip – Alternating Focus

One approach to long term fat loss and improved body composition is alternate periods of fat loss eating and training with periods of maintainance (or muscle gain) eating and training. One of the benefits of this approach is that your body doesn’t get used to the eating and training routines in either period and responds accordingly.

Exercise Is Not Enough

You might be training hard but if you don’t get your nutrition on track, it is highly unlikely that you will get the fat loss results that you are after. A number of studies have indicated that although important training by itself is not particularly effective in changing body composition. The bottom line is that if you want to lose fat you should combine good nutrition with appropriate exercise.

Make Exercise and Good Nutrition a Part of Life

One of the safest ways of loosing fat and keeping it off is to change your approach to fat loss. Instead of relying on potentially unhealthy short term diets and exercise, make changes to your normal dietary and exercise patterns. Start implementing a dietary and exercise pattern that you can use for life. This approach allows you to maintain your fat loss which is one problem many people face. This approach does not mean that you can’t take advantage of well designed short term programs (Warp Speed Fat Loss or 10/10 Transformation) to give you some fast results, but it does mean that you continue on healthy exercise and dietary program once you reach your goal body composition.
