Interval Training Options
Are you getting bored with your interval training on the machines in the gym. Here are a few options that get you out and about, while still giving you the fat burning benefits of an interval training session.
- Cycling. It is up to you whether you prefer to use a road bike or a road bike but either way throw on your helmet and get out there.
- Hill Sprints. If you are lucky enough to have a good hill near home, take advantage of it and have fun
- Inline Skating. If you know how to skate, this is a great way to have fun and get in a great workout. Just remember to wear your protective equipment.
- Swimming. Your choice of stroke in open water or in a pool, swimming is another good option.
