Do You Count Your Calories

If you are going through a stage of counting calories, do you weigh and record carefully or do you approximate. Both systems have validity depending on your experience and goals, but is is has been recognised that many people have difficulty in estimating the amount of food they eat. This may mean that you are eating less or more calories than you need to loose bodyfat. Eating less can slow down your metabolism and result in fat gain and eating too much without doing the appropriate amount of exercise can result in fat gain. Either way, it can be the difference between actually reaching your fat loss goals and not.
