As I stated in a previous post, I don’t agree with jumping into taking any specific weight loss supplements, there are however a number of “supplements” that are generally considered to be must haves if you are trying to loose fat and be healthy.
They are:-

Multi-purpose Vitamin and Mineral
Protein Powder
