    you could lift weights, crunches, and lunges

    i hate to say but you are very skinny already and don’t need to lose any more
    if you want to look toned to concentrated muscle work with dumbells
    you can buy them and do the at home – you can use them infront of the tv or something and they really help
    x

    proper combination of cardio and toning workouts added with a well portion controlled diet…
