		<description>Hm, I&#039;m guessing weight loss can vary from water weight being lost, or even just muscle mass being lost. And then fat loss is just the actual loss of fat around the body. 
For fat loss, though, just diet and exercise should do the trick. Running and swimming I hear is a great fat loss routine. And also, its as simple as eating healthy and consuming less calories than you burn. Do this consistently, and the fat should fall off. haha.</description>

		<description>Weight loss just means you&#039;ve lost weight wich is a combination of muscle, water and fat. You don&#039;t want to lose muscle because that makes it even harder to lose fat. When you lose fat you will have lost weight and you will look and feel better.
The more muscle you build the more fat you will lose because increased muscle gives you a faster metabolism and that will burn more fat. Concentrate on fat loss NOT weight loss!</description>
